The people and entities behind the collective — natural persons (People), organisations / legal entities (Orgs), and the digital resources (Accounts) those orgs provide (domains, email/service accounts, subscriptions). Ownership, occupancy, donations and other contributions link to these pages, so the graph ties individuals and entities to what they own and contribute.
The member list is not confidential; a member may set publish: false on their own page to withhold it (text links to it then 404, which is an accepted trade-off).
